At Inline, we’ve always believed that health and wellness are essential to building a thriving, connected team. Last year, we took a major step forward by launching the One Inline Health & Wellness Challenge—an initiative designed to strengthen our culture of wellness across the organization. This year, we proudly concluded the second successful year of the challenge, continuing our commitment to helping our teams prioritize well-being.

A Holistic Approach to Wellness

The challenge has encouraged participation from all corners of our company, bringing together team members from various roles and backgrounds, from field to office, and across the country. We divided participants into teams to foster camaraderie, build relationships, and encourage collaboration.

The challenge focused on four pillars: Fitness, Nutrition, Mental Health, and Financial Health. These pillars ensured a well-rounded approach to wellness, with activities and resources tailored to promote growth in each area. Participants earned points by completing activities and tracking their steps walked, minutes meditated, and hours slept. Our head office also hosted wellness activities, making it a hub of inspiration, learning, and encouragement throughout the challenge.

Team Spirit and Shared Success

Throughout the challenge, teams stayed motivated by sharing their goals, updates, and reflections with one another. This collaborative environment not only made the journey enjoyable but also strengthened connections across the company.

As one participant, Samantha Wildman, highlighted the importance of balancing wellness both in work and life: “It’s been great participating in the challenge. I’m lucky to have a supportive team at home, especially my kids, who push me to keep going. Instead of rushing through activities, we’ve spent quality time together, which has been invaluable. The team support from Inline has been wonderful, allowing me to connect with coworkers and support each other in our health efforts.”

Continued Growth

This past August, we wrapped up our second year of the challenge with another memorable grand finale event. The celebration featured guest speaker Steven Langer from Well By Design, who shared valuable insights on workplace wellness. His session was broadcast company-wide, followed by in-person games and challenges that tested participants’ health and wellness knowledge.

It was a fantastic way to recognize the dedication of our teams, and the energy, teamwork, and camaraderie on display were inspiring to see.

Looking Ahead

After two years of success, we’re already setting our sights on making year three of the One Inline Health & Wellness Challenge our best yet. We’re excited to continue embedding wellness deeper into our culture—because when we prioritize our health, we strengthen not just ourselves, but our teams and our entire organization.

As we look forward to next year’s challenge, we’re reminded of the power of collective effort and the great things we can achieve when we support one another.
