At Inline, our Core Values define how we work, collaborate, and support our clients and one another every day. They influence how we show up on site and in the office, and how we continue to grow as a company.
Each year we recognize team members whose actions consistently reflect these values in real, meaningful ways. Chosen through peer nominations, our 2025 Core Value Award recipients exemplify adaptability, humility, professionalism, personality, productivity, and hard work — and we’re proud to celebrate them.

Originally from Miramichi, New Brunswick, and now based on Vancouver Island, Dan has been with Inline for three and a half years as a Project Supervisor. In that time, he’s become known as someone who can step into unfamiliar environments, take on new scopes, and get projects moving in the right direction from day one.
Dan’s peers consistently highlighted his ability to step confidently into a wide range of scopes and environments, often helping projects “get things off to a great start” through strong problem-solving and clear communication. He regularly travels between projects, working across UAV, surveying, and hybrid scopes, and is known for his willingness to go wherever he’s needed, no matter how remote or challenging the job. Whether taking on long shifts or navigating complex conditions, Dan’s attitude and work ethic leave a lasting impression on both teammates and clients, many of whom request him by name — a clear reflection of the trust he builds wherever he goes.
