Project Details
The Jansen Potash Project, located 140 km east of Saskatoon, represents one of the largest potash developments in the world and a CAD $7.5 billion investment by BHP in its first stage alone. Once in full operation, Jansen is projected to produce 4.35 million tonnes of potash annually, significantly advancing global agricultural productivity and strengthening Canada’s role as a world leader in potash supply. Beyond scale, Jansen is recognized as a benchmark project for its integration of advanced safety and sustainability practices.
Inline began supporting Graham Construction in 2021 on the Vent Plenums scope, delivering high-quality materials testing and geotechnical engineering services that ensured compliance, quality, and safety across key construction activities. Our team conducted comprehensive testing of concrete, soils, and aggregates to verify adherence to project specifications, while also performing pile monitoring and construction monitoring to ensure foundation integrity and structural performance. Through reliable, accurate test data, Inline played a key role in maintaining project schedules and supporting informed decision-making. The quality and consistency of the work performed quickly established Inline’s reputation on-site, leading to additional scopes being awarded in subsequent phases of the Jansen Mine Project.
